Sorprenda con una Cena Romántica en el Hotel Grand Marina

El artde del vino¿Le gustaría sorprender a su pareja con una fastuosa cena maridada con vino aragonés a un precio irresistible? El hotel Eurostars Grand Marina presenta las jornadas gastronómicas “El Arte del Vino; encuentro de sabores de Aragón y el Mediterráneo“, que se podrán disfrutar de jueves a domingo entre los próximos 5 y 29 de julio.

Estas jornadas fueron presentadas a la prensa el pasado 3 de julio, con gran aceptación entre los medios de comunicación.

Se trata de una deliciosa y exclusiva propuesta culinaria, basada en una selección de platos maridados con vinos de la prestigiosa bodega Enate.

Como complemento de esta propuesta gastronómica, el hotel barcelonés acogerá también en exclusiva la exposición “Etiquetas Imposibles” de Vicente García Plana, formada por una original colección de botellas de vino trabajadas como esculturas. Esta colección nace del encargo que Enate hizo al artista para diseñar una etiqueta para uno de sus vinos como previamente han hecho artistas de la talla de Tàpies, Saura o Chillida.

El arte del vino

El menú de las jornadas “El Arte del vino” comienza con un Salmón fresco marinado con Hibiscus, refrescante de cítricos, ensalada de hierbas de temporada y guacamole auténtico, maridado con un Enate Rosado Cabernet Sauvignon. Escogido por su potencia aromática, este rosado combina el alma de un vino blanco con el cuerpo de los vinos tintos. El menú continúa con Nuestro rissotto de azafrán, alcachofas y foie poêle con un toque amargo de radiccio, acompañado de vino blanco Enate Chardonnay -234, de la cosecha de 2006. Un refrescante vino que ha sido premiado con las Medallas de Oro del “Concours Mundial de Bruxelles” (cosecha 2001) y del Concurso Chardonnay du Monde (2006).

Como segundos se ha apostado por un Lenguado a la parrilla sobre fondo de cebolleta trufada con puerro joven y emulsión de ostra y curry, maridado con un blanco joven: Enate Chardonnay Barrica de 2005. Con la combinación de las especias del lenguado y la frescura del vino, se realzan las sensaciones del vino y del especiado. El capítulo de carnes queda representado con un Lomo de Cordero Marinado en Aceite Virgen con Parmentier de Sobrasada Mallorquina, Ragout de Trompetas de la Muerte y Rossinyols. La amalgama de aromas y sabores del lomo se potencia con el tinto Enate Varietales 2002, elaborado a partir de las variedades Merlot, Tempranillo y Cabernet Sauvignon.

El colofón al menú lo ponen dos postres. Por un lado, un Coulant de Chocolate Tradicional con Sorbete de Fruta de la Pasión y Crema Ligera de Ron Añejo 7 Años, maridado con Enate Tinto Reserva Espumoso 01, elaborado con un 60% de uva Cabernet Sauvignon y un 40% de Merlot. Este vino ha sido catalogado como el Segundo Mejor vino de cata “Taste of the World” (2007). La experiencia finaliza con unos frescos Raviolis de Piña y Coco, Sopa Refrescante de Lichis y Sandía, que al servirse junto al Enate Chardonnay -234, en cuyo aroma aparecen trazos de frutas exóticas.

Así que ya lo sabe, si quiere sorprender a su pareja con una noche única y romántica en un hotel de lujo, junto al puerto de Barcelona, con una cena irrepetible, no lo dude por un momento. Por último, recuerde que si bebe, no debería conducir. Utilice el transporte público, un taxi, o aproveche para quedarse a dormir en el hotel.

Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
