Located just few metres from the main tourist street of Budapest, this speakeasy pub offers the atmosphere of prohibition-era America of 1920s and 30s.
With selection of 11 beers on tap, Hungarian wines and long list of cocktails Fat Mo’s is just the place to violate the dry law. Fat Mo’s features very decent Tex-Mex cuisine, and offers good choice of meats and salads.
The best jazz, blues and r’n’b bands perform every night from 21:00, and Thursday through Saturday the guests party till dawn. It is also the place to enjoy the sporting events on the wide-screen.
The crowd here is a mix of well-fixed locals, tourists and expats – cheerful and folksy.
